Touring Historic Sights on the East Coast
I’ve spent most of this year criss-crossing the USA on a speaking tour with the Travel & Adventure Show. I was a keynote speaker and had a great time sharing all of my travel tips and travel smart skills on how to travel better, smarter and more often. While in Washington D.C. and Philadelphia, I finally had a chance to sightsee. Thanks to the National Park Service, the rangers who operate these sights and give free guided tours, I came away well informed, inspired and more patriotic than ever. My favorites included the National Mall in Washington D.C. & Independence Hall in Philadelphia. Both are pictured below. Enjoy!

Several years ago, Stumptown and certain spots in Brooklyn blew me away with their coffee. I was so happy. Then Intelligentsia started in Venice and I again thought that this was the closest I would get to proper Italian coffee in America. @lacolombecoffee by the passionate @todd_carmichael is the ultimate in a true proper coffee experience in the USA. His passion is incredible. My first stop today. #coffee #DCTravelShow #dc #dailycortado #foodie #travel #travelsmart
